  • Sex therapy offers a supportive, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your sexual values, challenges, and desires.

I bring reflective questions and collaborative dialogue to help you gain insight into how your beliefs about sexuality developed and how you want to relate to your sexuality moving forward. Together, we’ll practice communication about intimacy and desire. When appropriate, I may offer behavioral homework or exercises between sessions.

    1. Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    2. What is my deductible?

    3. What percentage of the fee is reimbursed?

  • I work with adults of diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and trauma-informed.

  • You can expect to spend the first session focused on getting to know you—your individual or relationship strengths, values, context, and history. We’ll start talking about any particular concerns that bring you in and explore how we could collaboratively work together moving forward. You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to ask questions about sex therapy, my approach to the work, and overall begin to get comfortable working together around sensitive topics.

  • Trauma-informed care means centering client autonomy and consent above all.

You have agency in sessions—deciding what to disclose, when, and how. I respect your perspectives and experiences, and I offer interventions and clinical approaches with transparency, ensuring you understand their purpose and inviting your feedback. Our work is collaborative, prioritizing your safety, choice, and comfort at all times.

  • I strive to create an accessible and affirming therapy environment and welcome any accommodations to support sensory sensitivities, processing styles, and trauma-related needs.

You’re encouraged to ask for adjustments, which might include:

    • Changing lighting or seating arrangements

    • Bringing movement tools or fidgets

    • Using more direct or concrete communication styles (especially helpful for neurodivergent clients)

    • Modifying how I explain concepts or deliver feedback

Together, we’ll collaborate to make the space and session structure work best for you.

The office features wheelchair access with a ramp and designated handicap parking at the entrance.

  • I offer one sliding-scale spot at a time, available for up to four sessions. If that spot is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist

My sliding scale approach draws from the Green Bottle model by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, allowing clients to self-select rates based on their financial realities—recognizing that income alone is not always an accurate reflection of one’s access or ability to pay. No documentation is required, I trust your self-assessment.

    Sliding Scale Tiers:

    • Empty Bottle ($80–100): For those with significant financial insecurity

    • Middle Bottle ($101–200): For those meeting basic needs with limited expendable income

    • Full Bottle ($200 individual / $250 couples): Standard fees

  • Under federal law, healthcare providers must provide a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges to clients who are uninsured, not using insurance, or using out-of-network benefits.

You have the right to request this estimate before services begin. If you receive a bill at least $400 higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.

For more information about your rights related to the Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
