Looking for support around sexuality and intimacy?
Maybe you're a parent trying to reconnect with your sexuality in the midst of exhaustion, a new body, or feeling “touched out” at the end of the day. Maybe you're a couple exploring desire differences, exploring non-monogamy, or curious about new fantasies or ways of connecting. Perhaps you're beginning to explore a sexual or gender identity and want a space where you feel supported and understood. You might be seeking relief from pelvic pain, erectile issues, or anxiety during sex. Or maybe you simply want to feel more confident, communicate more openly, and deepen your sense of intimacy.
Sex therapy can offer support in all of these places—with warmth, curiosity, and care.
I’m a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience working with individuals, families, and caregivers. I work with individuals and partners from a wide range of backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ folks, people in non-monogamous relationship structures, and those who engage in kink. I welcome those whose experiences don’t always fit into mainstream ideas about sex, identity, or relationships.
I’m especially drawn to supporting people through times of transition and emergence—becoming a parent, navigating shifts in relationship structures, exploring new sexual desires, claiming a gender or sexual identity, healing from trauma, or something else entirely. These are often tender, complex times, shaped by personal history, culture, and the larger systems we move through.
I see this work as an opportunity to hold space for people to reconnect with their bodies, reclaim sexual narratives, release shame, and build a sense of autonomy and confidence.
